We use your information to provide and improve the Glowprint service, including analyzing your photos to generate your face analysis and skincare recommendations. We also use it to troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and enhance your experience.

Photo Data & AI Processing

Your photos are processed securely to generate your face analysis. These photos are never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond providing your personalized analysis. You can delete your photos and account data at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Deleted data is removed from our servers within 30 days.

Data Storage & Security

We store your data on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. If you have concerns about data security, please contact us.

Third-Party Services

Glowprint is distributed through the App Store. Apple handles all billing and payment processing. Your payment information is processed securely by Apple and is not shared with us. We do not have access to your payment details. For questions about billing, please contact Apple Support.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@glowprint.app. We will respond to requests within 30 days. You also have the right to opt out of certain data collection through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

Glowprint is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we've collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child's information has been collected should contact us at support@glowprint.app.
