Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the Glowprint app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

Glowprint is an iOS app designed to help you analyze skin texture and appearance. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
• Share harmful, false, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

AI Analysis Disclaimer

Important: The analysis results provided by Glowprint are informational only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-powered analysis is designed to offer insights about skin appearance and texture, but it is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

If you have concerns about your skin health, please consult with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider. Glowprint makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI analysis results.

Account & Subscriptions

Billing and subscription management for Glowprint is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. You agree to Apple's standard terms and pricing for any in-app purchases or subscriptions you make.

Auto-renewal will occur at the frequency you select during purchase. To manage or cancel your subscription, you must do so through your Apple ID settings and the App Store. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription must be requested through Apple according to their policies.

User Content

You own all photos and content you upload to Glowprint. By using the App, you grant Glowprint a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your photos solely for the purpose of providing the App's features.

Your photos are processed to generate AI analysis. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any purpose outside of providing the service. Photos are encrypted and stored securely.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Store or transmit illegal content
• Upload photos of others without their consent
• Create, upload, or distribute malware or harmful code
• Spam, phish, or attempt social engineering attacks
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Systematically extract data for competitive purposes

Intellectual Property

The Glowprint App, including its design, features, functionality, and AI technology, is owned by Trendsy LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.

The Glowprint name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of Trendsy LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Trendsy LLC makes no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

We do not warrant that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendsy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

Trendsy LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in prohibited conduct.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

Trendsy LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glowprint. If you are under 13, you may not use the App.
